The Role
We are seeking to strengthen our digital marketing team with the addition of Marketing Executive to help manage our increasing range of marketing projects. In a client-facing role, you will be instrumental in running the day-to-day digital marketing activities of your projects, being the go-to liaison for accounts, and reporting on performance.
The role includes regular and in-depth training on best practices in digital marketing and the potential for developing expertise in areas of marketing and web development.
As a dynamic, forward-thinking business, we offer hybrid working and flexible working hours with a company-wide core hours arrangement for our internal morning meetings, catch-ups and training sessions.
The role will initially be based 2 days per week in our main Sandwich office with the other 3 days flexible for home or office work. As a dynamic and modern company, we offer an excellent benefits package alongside all the tools needed for working remotely.
The person
We’re currently looking for 1 to 2 people to join our team who are enthusiastic, eager to learn digital marketing within an agency environment and are able to handle multiple projects at once.
Required Skills
- Good work ethic
- Able to work without supervision
- Good communicator (Both written and oral)
- Great customer service skills
- Good level of English language
- Not afraid of numbers.
- An interest in business
Desirable but not essential
- Fluent in another language
- A UK driving license
- Competent with Adobe design packages
- Understanding of marketing
